How an agency can run more accounts with Phanes
More accounts, fewer clicks, better client conversations. Phanes prepares recommendations, reports and changes; you decide and approve.
7 days of PRO free · no cardAgencies lose most of their time on three things: finding problems across many accounts, explaining to clients what is going on, and repetitive operations. Phanes handles each of them for you.
An agency week with Phanes
Here is what a week can look like for a specialist running a dozen accounts with Phanes.
Review of all accounts
The care channel gathers cards from every account: what changed overnight, where the waste is and what can be safely improved.
Approving changes
You review the diff and approve changes with a button. Similar cards can be approved together, but only what you saw in the preview.
A new client
An audit of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and the website shows the state of the account and measurement before the first meeting.
Promotions
Promote posts across many accounts with one command, in a chat that answers with evidence from the engine and checks the assumptions behind your question.
Client report
An audit PDF and an analytics link instead of hand-assembled screenshots.
Recommendations grounded in the account
Phanes has 315 active rules for Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 and executes close to 150 change types through the API: about 115 in Google Ads and 34 in Meta Ads, always after your approval. The number of rules is only part of the story; what counts is how the engine uses them.
Measurement first
Before the engine proposes a budget change, it checks whether conversions can be trusted. Your client does not get a recommendation built on double-counted leads.
Waste priced in the account currency
Irrelevant searches, budget without conversions, assets that only spend. Every loss has an amount, so you know where to start.
Brand and learning-phase protection
The engine does not judge brand campaigns by conversions and does not touch budgets of campaigns in their learning phase.
A button only when the API allows it
A recommendation gets a button only after validation in the Google or Meta API. It is executed after your approval and can be undone.
Every card answers four questions: what am I seeing, from when, what does it mean and what should I do. A junior specialist understands why the recommendation makes sense, and the client sees a concrete decision rather than an opinion.
What Phanes changes for you through the API
A recommendation ends in a button, not in instructions for clicking through the ads dashboard. Phanes covers the full range of changes needed to run campaigns: about 115 types in Google Ads and 34 in Meta Ads. From the campaign window and recommendation cards, it executes, among others:
- Google Ads: extensions (added from your material, edited, enabled and paused), shared exclusion lists against cannibalization and for brand protection, labels.
- Google Ads: campaign conversion goals, auto-tagging, conversion value rules, device bid adjustments, and seasonality adjustments and data exclusions for Smart Bidding.
- Google Ads: ad customizers, page feeds for dynamic campaigns, Shopping product group trees and Performance Max product filters from the live feed.
- Google Ads: pausing and resuming ads and PMax asset groups, and replacing a weak ad text with one you approve.
- Meta Ads: copies of campaigns, ad sets and ads (always paused), lookalikes, catalog and product set editing, archiving instead of deleting.
- Every one of these changes passes a write validator, an API dry run, a diff preview, your approval and verification after execution, and can be undone for 30 days. Phanes deliberately skips the remaining API operations, such as billing, permissions and permanent deletion: the rule is "pause, never delete".
Performance Max: what Google does not show
Google reports little detail in PMax. Phanes calculates it from the account's data (Business plan and above):
Asset ranking
Cost, conversions and cost per conversion of every asset in an asset group. Hard metrics instead of a generic label.
Assets that burn budget
An asset that has spent at least 100 in the account currency with zero conversions gets a monthly loss estimate.
Placements
A list of where PMax ads were shown, for review.
Setup diagnosis
A warning when an asset group has too few assets or no audience signals.
You can show the client which images, headlines and videos drive results and which only spend budget. A standard Google Ads report does not give you that conversation.
A client report in minutes
A Phanes audit is ready-made meeting material: problems ordered by severity, with the loss amount and the rule they come from.
Run the audit
Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and the website in one run.
Download the PDF
An audit report ready to send to the client.
Share analytics by link
A frozen snapshot of Meta, Google, GA4 and Search Console analytics. The link is valid for 1 to 30 days, can be revoked at any time and contains no tokens or account IDs.
The client gets material they understand, and the agency does not lose an afternoon assembling screenshots.
Analytics your client will understand
Phanes analytics combines ad data with traffic and search data, so the client sees the whole picture, not just cost and clicks.
- Meta and Google results separately and combined, in the account currency.
- Rankings of creatives, audiences and placements.
- Demographics, GA4 and Search Console next to ad results.
- Comparison of up to 6 campaigns or accounts side by side (PRO).
- Every screen answers four questions: what am I seeing, from when, what does it mean and what should I do.
- A switch between click date and conversion date, so the last few days do not look worse than they are.
Promotions across many accounts with one command
Run a dozen accounts and promote Facebook and Instagram posts? Tell "Ask Phanes" what you want and it prepares the promotion for all accounts at once (PRO).
The command
For example: promote the latest post on all accounts with one total budget.
A card for every account
A campaign, ad set and ad for every post, with the budget split evenly.
Your click
Every card launches only after you click "Launch".
Control after launch
Status, budget change, pause and promotion history from the chat.
Every card shows what will be created and waits for your click. Phanes saves the clicking, but the launch decision stays with you.
What clients gain
Transparency
Every change has a rationale, a rule and numbers. The client sees what they pay for and why.
Faster reaction
With stopped-delivery and spend-spike checks every 30 minutes, a problem does not wait until Monday.
Proof of impact
Hypotheses with a predicted effect are checked against the account's result after a few weeks. The agency shows impact, not a promise.
Does Phanes replace a specialist at the agency?
No. Phanes prepares the diagnosis, recommendations and changes; the specialist decides and approves. It saves time on finding problems and on operations, but the decisions stay with the specialist.
Can I show a client analytics without giving them account access?
Yes. The analytics link shows a frozen snapshot of the data, is valid for 1 to 30 days and can be revoked at any time.
How many accounts can I run on one plan?
Starter and Business include 2 accounts, PRO includes 6 with more available as add-ons. The price does not depend on the ad budget.
