User data deletion

Phanes (getphanes.com) allows complete deletion of your account and all related data. Below we describe how to submit a deletion request and exactly what gets deleted.

How to submit a deletion request
You have two options:
- In the app (fastest): Sign in at getphanes.com, go to your Profile, scroll down to the "Critical zone" section and click "Delete account". All data will be deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- By e-mail: Send a message to contact@getphanes.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the e-mail address of the account the request concerns. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
On request we delete all your data from the Phanes systems:
- Account data: e-mail address, name, profile picture, username
- Encrypted OAuth access tokens (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console)
- The encrypted cache of ad and analytics data
- Ad account audit history
- Report and export history
- User settings (selected accounts, GA4 properties, Search Console sites)
- Credit and AI usage logs
What we do not delete
- Data in your ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) - those accounts are yours and you manage them directly on the Meta and Google platforms.
- Anonymised, aggregate statistical data containing no personal data.
Deletion confirmation
Once the request is completed we will send a confirmation to the e-mail address linked to the account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Additional information
Phanes does not sell your data. Data from your ad and analytics accounts is never used for advertising. The rules for cookies and ad measurement on the service's pages are described in the privacy policy.
